The Ontario Provincial Police Spring Stop and Look Campaign was held from March 25th to March 31st across Perth County with a total of 47 traffic charges laid in the area during the initiative. Police say that Perth County has over 1,000 intersections and 25 percent of the fatal collisions that happen at them the result of driver’s disobeying stop signs. These collisions are preventable, according to police, and if you see dangerous or concerning driving behavior you’re asked to call police immediately.
