It’s your chance to get rid of any hazardous waste you might have around home.
On Saturday, you can bring the waste, including any materials that are corrosive, poisonous, or flammable, to the City of Stratford’s landfill site on Romeo Street.
That includes things like pesticides, fertilizers, paint cans, aerosols, compact fluorescent light bulbs and tubes, solvents and other household chemicals.
You’re asked to make sure the products are tightly sealed and in their original containers, and to never mix any of these materials together.
You can bring the materials from 9 a.m. until noon.
