Stratford City Council has laid out a map for the future.
At their regular meeting Monday night, council voted to approve the Strategic Priorities that were developed when a new council took office in January.
The priorities were developed with the assistance of Overlap Associates Incorporated, along with input from the community, and officials say they will guide and focus key activities over council’s term.
They include the values of integrity, respect, caring, progress and collaboration.
The mission statement “To provide services to support a sustainable, caring community with exceptional quality of life.” was also adopted as part of the priorities.
They have also been developed as corporate statements.
