Police say a West Perth man faces impaired driving charges after they were called about an erratic E-bike rider in Mitchell.
Perth County OPP say they received a call from a concerned resident around 2 p.m. Tuesday who reported the male.
Police say they responded quickly and the driver was located and it was determined that he was impaired.
The driver was arrested and transported to the Sebringville OPP detachment for further testing.
The 56-years-old from West Perth was arrested and faces charges including operation while impaired.
He’s scheduled to appear in court in Stratford on June 10th.
