That’s according to the City of Stratford who posted an update on the development on Facebook on Wednesday. The city says construction is progressing well with a total of 35 units being constructed in the first phase. They say they will have more information to share in the near future on the application process and the rental costs for the units. The city awarded a $4.5 million contract to PM Contracting Ltd. for the construction of the first phase of the project.
