Stratford presents bronze stars yesterday

Four local residents were honoured yesterday during Stratford’s Canada Day celebrations.

They were awarded bronze stars during the festivities in Market Square behind City Hall.

Stratford Mayor Dan Mathieson made the presentations along with Anita Gaffney from the Stratford Festival, Perth-Wellington MP Gary Schellenberger and MPP Randy Pettapiece.

Mathieson says all four were very worth recipients.
