Stratford Public Works kept busy rescuing ducklings

It’s been a busy week for Stratford Public Works when it comes to rescuing ducks.

Officials say workers have responded to two calls this week to rescue stranded ducklings.

They say that yesterday on Wednesday, five ducklings were found to be trapped in a deep catch basin near Denison Street.

Workers helped the ducklings out and reunited them with their mother who they say was waiting patiently.
