The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is set to hold its Annual General Meeting.
The meeting takes place Thursday at the Mitchell Golf and Country Club and will see financial statements and the auditor’s report presented.
New Auditors will also be appointed and the hospital’s corporate by-laws will each be amended.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and it’s open to all but only members of the hospital corporation will be entitled to vote.
