Police are investigating after they say a safe was stolen from an apartment in St.Marys.
Around 10:15 Tuesday night, Stratford Police say they were called out to the apartment on Main Street over the report of a break and enter.
Once on scene, they say they learned that those responsible had broken into the apartment through an unlocked window and stole a large safe.
It’s believed to have happened sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 10:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
Anyone with any information on the crime is asked to call Stratford Police or Crime Stoppers.
