Stratford’s streets will be lined with treasure hunters this weekend.
A Treasure Hunt is being held by the city from Friday until Sunday where residents have the chance to recycle any unwanted household items by placing them at the curb.
You can put materials out starting at 4 o’clock on Friday afternoon with any unclaimed items needing to be removed by 3 p.m. Sunday.
The city says the goal of the event is to promote recycling and keep materials with some useful life out of Stratford’s landfill site.
Additional Treasure Hunts will be held on the last weekend of August and September.
