Man charged after refusing to provide breath sample

A South Huron man will be looking for another way around after his SUV was impounded.

The OPP says the man was pulled over early Sunday morning on Kirkton Road near Elimville Line.

He was showing several signs of alcohol impairment, was arrested and taken to the Sebringville detachment.

The 50-year-old’s been charged with driving while disqualified, impaired driving, and refusing to provide a breath sample.
