The Perth County OPP is reminding parents that it’s their job to know where their children are at all times.
Patrolling officers apprehended a 15-year-old in Mitchell at about 4:00 a.m. this morning.
They were enforcing a provincial curfew that states between midnight at 6:00 a.m. anyone in a public place under the age of 16 must be with an adult.
The Perth County OPP says this law has been on the books for years and officers are being encouraged to enforce it.
