Perth County OPP are continuing to try to and cut down on intersection related collisions in the area.
This Thursday morning at the Perth East Fire Hall in Milverton, police are launching what they call a “public information initiative” aimed at raising awareness about ways to prevent the collisions.
In 2009, Perth County OPP started the ‘Stop and Look’ traffic campaign to target intersections with collisions involving motor vehicles.
They say the next step in their public education awareness initiative is the ‘Stop and Look…and Look again” card that was developed in Perth County.
More details will be shared at the event which starts at 10 a.m. at the fire hall.
