UPDATE: Police say three men charged following beer heist in Oxford County

Three men each face a long list of charges in connection to the theft of a tractor-trailer full of beer.

Around 6:30 Monday morning, Huron County OPP officers got a report about the tractor-trailer fill of beer being stolen in Oxford County.

The truck’s owner said the GPS on the truck showed that it was in Huron East, north of Brussels, and Perth County OPP along with West Region Canine and the Aviation Services helicopter later tracked the truck down.

Police say the tractor-trailer and the beer were worth over $100-thousand and the three men, two from Kitchener, each face numerous charges.

All three were held in custody for a bail hearing for Tuesday in Goderich.
