A man’s death at the Elora Gorge has prompted a police investigation.
Wellington County OPP says the man’s body was found by a passerby around 4 o’clock Thursday afternoon at the Irvine River, near the David Street Bridge.
They say the man had serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
His name has not been released and a cause of death has yet to be identified.
Police believe the incident is an isolated one.
