Stratford’s Smoking in Public Places by-law expands to include more areas

Stratford’s Smoking in Public Places by-law has been expanded to include more areas.
Officials say that as of now, smoking cannabis and vaping are also prohibited in areas where smoking tobacco is prohibited.
Some of the notable locations where the activities are now banned include Market Square and City of Stratford parks.
The Perth District Health Unit says that smoke-free and vape-free parks and community spaces help to create a healthy environment for everyone to work, play, visit and live.
Stratford is in the process of putting up new signage for parks and Market Square.
