Things are coming together when it comes to the Britannia Street affordable housing project in Stratford.
Officials say that construction on the new apartment building at 230 Britannia Street is proceeding well with tenant move-ins anticipated to begin in November.
An initial call for tenants was released to the general public on June 25th and officials say that all households who submitted eligible and complete applications have been offered units, and they are in the process of signing leases.
They say there are still a few units remaining and interested households are encouraged to contact the Social Services Department to have an application emailed or mailed out to them.
Applications can also be picked up in person at 82 Erie Street in Stratford.
