Another busy weekend for Stratford’s Market Square

It’s going to be another busy weekend around Stratford’s Market Square.

Officials say events are going on in the square Friday, Saturday and Sunday that will require some temporary traffic and parking adjustments.

For Friday’s Parking Day event, the four parallel parking spaces on Market Place closest to Wellington Street will be unavailable from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. but no road closures will be in place for the event.

On Saturday, the Perth County Moto event takes place with Market Place between Wellington Street and Downie Street closed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

There are no road closures required for Sunday’s Perth County Cycle Tour but drivers are being asked to be cautious as groups of cyclists will be leaving from Market Square starting at 8 a.m.
