Police say a 58-year-old Wingham man has been charged with Indecent Exposure.
Back on September 13th, Perth County OPP say they responded to a report of a suspicious, white vehicle in Millbank.
They say the driver was reported to have exposed themselves to people in the area, including youth.
Police say Paul Hopper was arrested on Sunday.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing that took place Monday in Stratford.
