Pettapiece opposes budget

Randy Pettapiece is not impressed with yesterday’s budget.

He says it fails local residents.

The Perth-Wellington MPP made these comments after the Liberals introduced the document in the Ontario Legislature yesterday.

It’s identical to the one that triggered the election this spring.

Pettapiece says the recycled budget promises $3 billion more in borrowed spending for high speed rail that doesn’t service rural residents, offers no plan for balancing the budget and fails to address rising energy costs.
