Improvements continue to be made to the shoreline of Lake Victoria.
The City of Stratford’s Energy and Environment Committee, with the support of the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority, say they continue to work to improve the shoreline
They say a new crib wall was installed on the north shore earlier this year which will help stabilize the bank against erosion and contribute to shoreline biodiversity.
On Tuesday, that crib wall area was finished with woodchips and the planting of serviceberries and wildflowers.
