Perth-Wellington’s MPP gives the Liberal budget a failing grade.
Randy Pettapiece believes it lets down the people living in this riding.
He points out one area in particular where Stratford is getting left out:

Pettapiece says the rising cost of energy is also a big concern.
He believes that if those costs were under control, one part of the budget wouldn’t even be necessary:

The budget, which boasts a $12.5 billion deficit, was introduced in the legislature yesterday.
