You’re being reminded to lock it or lose it.
It comes after Perth County OPP say a home in Fullarton was broken into on Saturday.
They say a vehicle was stolen from the property and other items were also stolen from the home which was unlocked at the time, including a firearm.
Windsor Police later found the stolen vehicle and arrested three people but the firearm wasn’t found.
Perth County OPP say they have responded to several reports of stolen vehicles and of suspects going into vehicles in the area since January and they add that many of these crimes could have been prevented if the vehicles were locked.
