An evening focusing on mental health.
That’s what the organizers behind an event coming up in Clinton are calling it with the Mental Health Team at the Avon Maitland District School Board partnering with Rural Response for Healthy Children.
Huron and Perth community and mental health supports will be showcased, according to organizers, along with an introduction to mindfulness.
The event will be held at the Libro Community Centre from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m.
Those who need childcare or a way to get to the event can call the Rural Response for Healthy Children.
