Police are investigating a break, enter and theft.
It happened Tuesday afternoon at a residence on Anne Street in Exeter.
The Huron County OPP says it happened sometime between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
The thief entered the side of the home and stole a fender Stratocaster electric guitar valued at $2000.
