Another reminder from police to lock it or lose it.
Perth County OPP say they’ve been called out several times this year about vehicles being stolen or broken into.
The latest took place on November 20th when a vehicle in Mitchell was broken into and a debit card was taken and used at a local business.
A 56-year-old man from Grand Bend was arrested and faces several charges including theft under $5-thousand.
Police say crimes like these could have been stopped if the vehicles were locked and if the vehicle’s owner had just held onto the keys.
