Police say they can now confirm that 23-year-old Quintin Smith’s body was discovered in October in a wooded area near a steep embarkment adjacent to the railroad tracks. His body was found underneath an all-terrain vehicle and police say he died from injuries suffered in a rollover crash involving the vehicle.
