A body was found this morning near the Avon River.
Police have confirmed it is that of a Stratford man in his 40’s.
The body was found on the north end of the William Hutt Bridge at about 2:00 a.m.
Police are not releasing the name of the man until next of kin have been notified.
The situation is not being treated as suspicious at this time.
