Employers across the area are being asked for their feedback.
The Four County Labour Market Planning Board is looking to gather input from employers in Perth, Huron, Bruce and Grey Counties on workforce issues and challenges facing local businesses.
The EmployerOne survey collects information on a range of issues including annual projected vacancies, hiring intentions, recruitment strategies and challenges.
Organizers say after analysis, the information is released to schools, community partners, government agencies and the public so that they can see the skills needed to join the local labour force.
