A collision involving a crossing guard in Wilmot is under investigation.
Police say the collision happened around 8 o’clock Friday morning close to Sir Adam Beck Public School.
According to police, the woman was walking on the crosswalk when a black pickup truck drove onto it and hit her.
The truck then took off and left the scene and the woman was left with minor injuries.
Anyone with information on the collision is asked to call Waterloo Regional Police or Crime Stoppers.
