Laundry list of charges laid against 47-year-old man

It’s a raft of charges laid against a 47-year-old man by Stratford Police.

Around 9 o’clock Friday morning, the man who is known to police was located by officers in St.Marys and arrested in connection to several thefts from the LCBO in the town.

He was charged with several offences including three counts of theft under $5-thousand and breach of probation with a court appearance scheduled for January 27th in Stratford.

Then on Saturday afternoon, a homeowner on Queen Street West in St.Marys returned to find the man in the home.

Police say he stole several items and he was later found near the St.Marys Cement Plant.

He was transported to Stratford Police headquarters and was charged with several crimes including break and enter and mischief Under $5000.
