The future is clear when it comes to managing ground ambulance operations in Perth County.
It’s been announced that Medavie Health Services will manage the operations for the next five years in the area and it comes after they managed a trial run last year.
The trial run lasted for around five months after starting in August and, prior to that, the services were managed by Perth County.
All unionized paramedics and paramedic managers will remain Perth County employees but they will be managed by Medavie.
