Charges laid in Embro Road crash

A 42-year-old West Perth woman faces charges after Sunday evening’s crash on Embro Road.

The two-vehicle head-on collision sent ten people to hospital including two by air ambulance to London with major injuries.

Tammy-Lynn Dingman has been charged with refusing to provide a breath sample to police, impaired driving and dangerous operation of a vehicle causing harm.

She also lost her licence for 90 days.

The investigation continues.
