There are a few things to watch for at the next Stratford Planning and Heritage Sub-committee meeting.
Taking place Monday afternoon, committee members will discuss a report on possible approaches to regulating short term rental accommodations in the new comprehensive zoning by-law.
The report says a short-term rental company is any company facilitating or brokering short-term rental reservations online and receiving payment for the service while short-term rental operators are people renting their homes or rooms on a short-term basis.
The Manager of Development Services will also provide an update on ongoing projects in Stratford.
The meeting starts at 4:30 at Stratford City Hall.
