AMDSB asking families to host international students

The Avon Maitland District School Board is still asking for your help.

More than 130 international students are coming in September, and they need places to live.

Barbara Serf is the Home Stay Co-ordinator with the school board.

She says the need for host families is bigger in some places:

She tells us how being a host family can be very rewarding:

If you’re interested in hosting an international student this fall you can find more information about the program at the AMDSB’s website.
