Feedback being sought on Festival Hydro’s electrical safety programs

You’re being asked for your feedback on just how much you know about electrical safety.

Festival Hydro says they are preparing to conduct their biennial Electrical Safety Survey, as required by the Ontario Energy Board.

The survey fulfil the company’s electricity distributor scorecard requirement and it will see customers contacted by Innovative Research Group to answer some questions relating to electrical safety awareness.

Some basic information will be requested so that the information can be grouped by demographics but respondents will not be requested to provide banking information, home address, Festival Hydro account or billing information, or any other sensitive personal information.

The survey will be conducted over a one week period beginning on March 2nd.

The results will help Festival Hydro evaluate the effectiveness of their electrical safety programs.
