Province wide Emergency Alert at 2:00 pm today

Every resident in Ontario with a mobile device will get an Emergency Alert at 2:00 today.

The alert will also be on radios and across television screens.  The alert will tell travellers returning to the province that they are required by law to self-isolate for 14 days as they are at high risk of spreading COVID-19.

It will tell them do not visit stores, family or friends.

Premier Doug Ford says it will be the first but not the last time the province will use the Emergency Alert System.
