Breaking: public schools not going back until “at least” May; Premier

Kids will not be back in school in Ontario until at least early May.

Premier Doug Ford made the announcement today during his daily media briefing.

He announced teachers in publicly funded schools won’t be going back until at least May 1st and students not until May 4th.

The province has also extended the closure of private schools for another two weeks.
