A 33-year-old Exeter man faces charges after police say he broke into a bank.
Around 5 o’clock Saturday afternoon, Huron County OPP says officers responded to an alarm going off at a bank on Main Street South in the town.
While checking on the area, officers noticed someone had forced entry into the bank through a window.
Once inside, the suspect rummaged through the office area and also attempted to open a safe.
After searching the neighborhood police tracked down the suspect later that night.
The man faces charges including break and enter and resisting a peace officer.
