Our community continues to react to the deadliest mass shooting in Canadian history.
Reacting to the events in Nova Scotia over the weekend, Stratford Mayor Dan Mathieson tweeted on behalf of the city and Stratford Police “our heartfelt condolences to the families of RCMP Constable Heidi Stevenson, who fell in the line of duty and the victims who lost their lives in Nova Scotia.”
Reports say 18 people, including Constable Stevenson, were killed in the shooting spree that began Saturday night and ended the next morning.
