Huron Perth Public Health is reporting another death from COVID-19 in the region.
In an update Monday morning, HPPH says a third person has died from the virus in Stratford, bringing the number of people who have died from COVID-19 in Huron Perth to four.
HPPH says, as of Monday morning, 979 people have been tested for the virus in the region with 37 confirmed cases, 734 negative and 208 pending.
Huron Perth Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Miriam Klassen, is expected to provide more details on the new numbers during a press briefing Monday afternoon.
