CERB applications increase by 2 million

As of today, a total of 6.7 million Canadians have applied to the Canada Emergency Response Benefit.

The President of Canada’s Treasury Board gave the update in today’s sitting of the House of Commons. Jean-Yves Duclos confirmed that today marks a total of 8.7 CERB million applications received, 8.4 million of which were processed.
