Yungblut, Agnes Leotta June (Harloff)

God took Agnes by the hand and walked her to her eternal home on August 2, 2014, with family by her side. With her spirit and faith she fought a short but courageous battle with cancer.

She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years Walter Yungblut (2011) and her parents Bill & Vera (Henry) Harloff. Surviving are her children Linda Yungblut, Bonnie Fischer(Ron), Nancy Meyer (Chuck), Karen Downey (Bill), Terry Yungblut. She was very proud of her grandchildren Carey Rau(Tim), Lisa McPherson (Jeff), Robin Fischer, Michelle (Steve) and Matthew (Sierra) Downey, Lucas and Kris Meyer, Riley and Nick Yungblut. Great-grandchildren Brooklyn, Nicole and Olivia Rau, Lydia and Fischer McPherson and Acelin Stocklas.

Sister of Cora Hislop, Dorcus Debus, Rose Mueller and Donna Mueller. Sister-in-law to Margaret Yungblut. Predeceased by her brother Robert & Anna Harloff, sister Bernice & Victor Messerschmidt, in-laws Alan Hislop, Albert Debus, Glenn Mueller, Roger Mueller, Harry & Mildred Yungblut. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer Street, Milverton tonight Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral will take place on Wednesday August 6, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Second St. John’s Lutheran Church, Wartburg with visitation from 12:30 to 1:30. Pastor William Kramer will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Stratford General Hospital Foundation or Second St. John’s Lutheran Church, Wartburg. Cremation to follow with interment in the church cemetery at a later date.

Refreshments and fellowship will follow immediately after the funeral service at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 565 Milverton, everyone is invited to attended even if you were unable to attend the funeral service.
