CAF helicopter crash near Greece being felt locally

A Canadian Armed Forces helicopter crash off the coast of Greece is being felt locally.
The crash, during a NATO training exercise, has left 1 person confirmed dead and 5 others missing.
Stratford Mayor Dan Mathieson tweeted Thursday afternoon “We honour the 6 brave men and women of the Royal
Canadian Navy who lost their lives off the coast of Greece while serving our nation.”
He added “On behalf of the City of Stratford we offer our condolences to the families, friends and shipmates of the fallen, as well as to our grieving nation.”
