The City of Stratford is celebrating the success of its new curbside organics program.
It started the week of April 6th for most residential properties outside of the downtown core and over the month, the city says a total of 70.8 tonnes of material was collected.
They say that’s 70.8 tonnes of waste diverted from the Romeo Street landfill site.
They are thanking everyone who took part in participating.
