The COVID-19 pandemic continues to hurt home sales locally.
Data from the Huron Perth Association of Realtors finds home sales last month were down 104.9 per cent compared to the same time in 2019.
Last year, 109 homes were sold compared to 34 this year with six of those sales closed and 28 still pending.
For April 2020, the average listing price of residential homes was almost $400-thousand.
That’s down 12.3 per cent from April 2019.
