It’s a big boost for the Salvation Army Food Bank in St.Marys.

Dowler-Karn Limited which operates branch offices in 6 separate communities throughout southwestern Ontario, including in St.Marys, is donating $3-thousand to the food bank to help them deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.

The company says its staff wanted to help support those in need due to the COVID-19 pandemic and a fundraising campaign commenced April 23 through May 8th.

Any funds raised were to be matched dollar for dollar by the company.
