You’re being reminded that municipal playgrounds and play structures are still closed because of COVID-19.
Officials with the City of Stratford say caution tape and signage has been installed at our playgrounds as a visible reminder, but in some cases, that tape or signage may have blown away or may have been removed.
Missing tape or signage does not indicate the playground or play structure is open.
They are asking parents and caregivers not to allow their children to use municipal playgrounds or play structures until the emergency order is lifted and they are able to safely reopen the facilities.
