A thank you to the people of Perth County.
That’s what a donation of Personal Protective Equipment to Perth East officials is being called by those behind it.
Chen ChunJu and Li Wenli on behalf of herself and husband Li ChangSen made the donation on Saturday, the couple retired to Stratford almost five years ago, and soon afterward Ms. Chen became gravely ill and her life was saved by doctors at Stratford General Hospital.
Wenli says the donation is a thank-you to the people of Perth County, and the couple will continue donating as the pandemic continues.
The equipment will be distributed to retirement and care facilities in need within Perth East and will also be issued to firefighters at the three Perth East Fire Stations.
