A serious head-on crash Friday evening sent six people to hospital.
The Perth County OPP was called out to Highway 23 near Mitchell.
Two vehicles collided sending all the occupants in both cars for medical treatment.
An infant and a toddler both had to be taken to a London hospital for their injuries.
The police investigation continues.
